The location is absolutely perfect and comfortable, close to the ferry to Cremyll for a stroll around Mount Edgcumbe and the sea. Perfect fit for our needs, would recommend.

we had a quite comfortable stay in plymouth near to plymouth, plymouth hoe, the central shops or the barbican quay, and free cark park and the amenities of royal william. we really enjoyed living in this apartment, would consider staying here again.

Accommodation matched the pictures and the entrance area was as expected for a seaside property. Free parking close by, though can be a bit difficult to find a spot in the evening. Lovely walk around the seafront with plenty of places to explore. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Kevin, the host, was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again for future trips.

The setting here is marvelous, the rooms are spacious, it's nice to have an oven and kitchenware, and the bed comes with hypoallergenic pillows.

I couldn't have asked for better value for my money. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The location was amazing, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at Durnford St and had a wonderful time. The apartment was modern, cosy, and well-presented. It was perfect for my needs as a single traveler. The location was great, with beautiful coastal views within a short walk. I particularly enjoyed exploring the nearby Royal William Yard and trying the delicious restaurants there. The best part was that the owner allowed my two dogs to stay, which made my trip even more enjoyable.

The apartment had a few maintenance issues, such as a wobbly toilet and some cleanliness concerns in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
